Tamsin Day is an experienced solicitor working on a wide range of complex clinical negligence matters and catastrophic injury claims. Tamsin is highly experienced and joins the clinical negligence team at Wiseman Lee, acting on cerebral palsy cases of upmost severity for children who have sustained birth injuries, and catastrophic injuries. She brings a calm and clear sighted judgement to her cases which gives her clients a sense of comfort and support.
With over 20 years’ experience Tamsin has acted for many clients who have sustained a variety of injuries extending from traumatic brain injuries to devastating physical injuries, sustained in many different ways, whether an accident at work, on the road or at home whilst using faulty products.
Tamsin works hard to find the best solutions to help her clients through the often daunting litigation process. An advocate for early case management for individuals who have sustained life changing injuries she has successfully arranged for funds to be made available for her clients at an early stage in the litigation process. An example of essential rehabilitation included support for a young client, a passenger who sustained a severe traumatic brain injury when his driver unfortunately caused an accident, whilst at University which helped him successfully achieve his degree in IT, something he would never have thought possible following his injury.
Tamsin has an interest in equestrian claims, being a “happy hacker”, and has successfully acted for many clients whose injuries should have been prevented.
She is a long standing member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
Out of the office Tamsin enjoys the outdoors (even in the rain), reading, the theatre and cinema.
