The initial interview and drafting of a Settlement Agreement for an employer would cost approximately £770 plus VAT and would be provided on a combination of a fixed fee and hourly rate basis. Carried out by Pranav Bhanot who is a qualified solicitor. No disbursements would be payable in this example. From instruction the key stages of the process are as follows: initial interview either by telephone or in person, drafting of the Settlement Agreement and document review, finalization of agreement and possible calculations in respect of employee pay. This work is likely to take on average about 2 days.
