Stephen has dealt successfully in the County Courts, High Court and Court of Appeal with a range of disputes from commercial conflicts to arguments over insurance, wills, construction contracts and property, including pursuing civil remedies for mortgage and other types of fraud. He has been involved in cases before the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry and also advises regularly on cases proceeding in the Employment Tribunal.

His cases have involved disagreements between landlords and tenants, insurers and claimants, shareholders, directors and partners, as well as disputed employment and franchise contracts and professional negligence claims.

Not only is he experienced at handling disputes in the courts but he is also skilled at resolving them successfully through mediation.

A German and French speaker, Stephen qualified in 1984, joined Wiseman Lee in 1996 and became a partner the following year.

He has been instructed in a number of reported and significant cases.
