Ruhul has developed a successful Litigation practice dealing with matters relating to Property, Landlord & Tenant, Commercial/Business law, Construction, Insolvency, Professional Negligence and contested Wills & Probate.
He also specialises in Public Law matters handling Judicial Review, Education and Immigration work.
Ruhul principally deals with cases in the County Court and High Court but also has experience of the Court of Appeal and of applications to the Adjudicator to HM Land Registry.
He has been involved in a number of reported and significant cases at Court.
