Paul is the firm's senior partner and is closely involved in the development and direction of the firm, both locally and beyond. We have a proud tradition of representing local interests, and national institutions.

He has been involved in litigation for his entire career with a particular interest in personal injury, acting for both claimants and defendants.

He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, and a marker of applications by other practitioners for membership.

He also chairs the Bow County Court users group.

In his experience, many claimants simply want an apology, which often seems to help the healing process almost as much as a realistic award for damages.

An active school governor and heavily involved in the local business community, Paul joined the firm in 1975 and has been senior partner since 2004. He now heads the personal injury litigation team.
