Jonathan specialises in all aspects of Family Law and handles disputes involving children, money and property.

He is an Advanced Family Law Panel member, a trained collaborative lawyer and a registered family law expert with Resolution. He is committed to a constructive, non-confrontational approach aimed at helping clients find solutions without going through the courts.

He has also been appointed to the Law Society’s Children Panel as an Adult Parties Representative and, as such, he has accreditation as a representative of adult parties such as parents or grandparents in care and other public law proceedings under the Children Act 1989.

Chairman of the trustees of the parenting charity Home-Start Newham, Jonathan joined Wiseman Lee LLP in 1987 and is now a partner heading the Family Law department. He is married with two children.
